Refund policy

We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange if within a 30 day period from purchase date. 

For Rogue Life Maine Tote bags, backpacks and other bag purchases our warranty is One Year from purchase date.  We warranty against defects due to material or craftsmanship and will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.  

Returns can be processed by contacting us at roguelife@roguewear.com. Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return or exchange along with a reason why you would like the exchange. If Rogue Life Maine is at fault we will provide a return label otherwise buyer pays shipping cost.  Once the item is received, we will reimburse the original purchase price to either your original method of payment or send you a replacement product.
